Cold heading workshop have more than 70 machines, using Taiwan multi-station cold heading technology. In a multi-station machine, we can finish cutting, heading, shaping, chamfer, rolling, shrinkage, scarping procedure. The speed can be 300pcs/minute, and largest product diameter can be 48mm. Compare with earlier machines, multi-station heading machines have high efficiency, and products is more smooth.
